PHASE 3 est un projet interdisciplinaire et collectif dont le matériau premier est la ville, ses espaces, ses flux, ceux qui les habitent ou les traversent. Le projet prend naissance au cœur de la cité, en traduit le rythme et les pulsions, il naît de l’espace partagé de l’agir social. La dimension participative du projet exclut cependant tout ludisme au profit d’une réflexion sur l’interconnexion des réseaux urbains et humains, hypertextes de pensées, d’expressions et d’actions. Des processus s’inventent à même les événements urbains/ruraux, les accidents et les rencontres.
